Chief Operating & Technology Officer

Donna Ramos-Johnson has more than 30 years of information management experience, developing and executing technology strategies that deliver innovative, high impact results.  As Chief Technology Officer at the District of Columbia Primary Care Association (DCPCA), she is responsible for planning and managing all internal and external technology initiatives, including the implementation of health data exchange and integration strategies to enable improvements in care coordination, facilitate population health reporting and support the quality improvement objectives of DCPCA’s community health center members.  In June 2021, Donna was reappointed by Mayor Muriel Bowser to a 3-year term as a member of the District of Columbia Health Information Exchange (HIE) Policy Board.

Donna holds a Master of Science in Management from the Alfred P. Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Simmons College.
