Workforce & Capacity Program Manager, Programs & Health Center Support

Oumou Ly is a dedicated professional who graduated from George Mason’s School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution (SCAR) in 2019 and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Health at George Washington University. Since September 2019, she has been an integral part of the Policy team at DCPCA, serving in roles such as Policy Fellow, Associate, and Program Coordinator within the Office of Population Affairs grant, DC NEXT!

In her current role as the Workforce and Capacity Program Manager on the Health Center Programs and Support team, Oumou collaborates closely with member health centers to identify and address workforce challenges within federally qualified health centers in the District. Leveraging an integrated behavioral health approach, she brings a passion for promoting employee wellness and resilience through her various workforce initiatives. Oumou is committed to uplifting DC residents by promoting rewarding health center career pathways.

Oumou founded and co-leads DCPCA’s internal Wellness & Workplace Committee, where committee members promote wellness policies and initiatives across departments.
