Rashad Collins

Rashad A. Collins serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Unity Health Care. He brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in community-based health care, with a strong focus on expanding access, strengthening operations, and supporting mission-driven organizations.
Prior to joining Unity, Rashad served as Chief Executive Officer of Neighborcare Health in Seattle, Washington, the city’s largest community health center, where he led organization-wide efforts to strengthen financial sustainability, modernize operations, and expand access to care for more than 60,000 patients across 30+ sites. Earlier in his career, he held executive leadership roles at Charter Oak Health Center and the Community Health Center Association of Connecticut, supporting statewide initiatives in workforce development, value-based care, and health system collaboration.
In addition to his executive leadership roles, Rashad has extensive experience in community health center governance. He previously served as Chair of the Board of Directors of Caring Health Center, Inc. in Springfield, Massachusetts, and continues to engage in health center leadership and advocacy at the state and national levels.
Rashad holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Springfield College. He is deeply committed to ensuring individuals and families have access to high-quality, accessible health care and to supporting the staff and communities who make that care possible
