Jessica is a mission-driven leader with 15 years of experience in healthcare organizational transformation, operations management, and healthcare consulting. Her extensive expertise revolves around evaluating, devising, and executing strategies that cultivate strong connections among clinical teams, business collaborators, and patients to deliver exceptional healthcare services within communities. Jessica has successfully coached practices in improving services and sustaining quality across diverse patient populations and settings, including LGBTQ/HIV services, primary and acute care, and outpatient facilities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Systems Management from the University of Baltimore and a Master of Public Health from A.T. Still University.
Currently, at DCPCA, Jessica oversees Chronic Disease projects and programs funded by various federal and local agencies. Her responsibilities encompass guiding network partners throughout the project lifecycle, which includes team establishment, project strategizing, workflow optimization, data analytics, and execution. She also supports health center staff by offering technical assistance and training on cost-effective, evidence-based, data-driven health promotion initiatives to achieve practical, measurable outcomes in chronic disease prevention and quality improvement. These initiatives are designed to enhance health outcomes, reduce healthcare costs, and mitigate disparities in primary care.
