Health IT Program Coordinator

Khadijah Aleem is a dedicated public health professional with a diverse background spanning maternal and child health, health policy, community health, and health information exchange. She takes a holistic, equity-centered approach to improving health outcomes in underserved communities both domestically and internationally.

At DCPCA, Khadijah leads project coordination for data analytics, visualization, content development, and stakeholder engagement to advance the organization’s strategic goals in health information exchange and interoperability. She manages technology initiatives that strengthen health care operations for DCPCA member health centers and partner organizations across the District. Additionally, she supports the technical assistance team through collaborative work in assessment design, training development, and workflow optimization to enhance organizational data quality and performance.

Khadijah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Public Health Science from Spelman College and a Master of Public Health from Mercer University’s College of Health Professions. Mission-driven and deeply committed to health equity, she focuses on strengthening systems of care, expanding access, and driving data-informed improvements in public health outcomes across the District.
