Nathalie Gonzalez, Health Program Initiatives Manager, has a background in program operations, health systems management, and health data analysis. She is experienced in federal, county, and clinical health settings, with a focus on strengthening public health programs, improving data quality, and enhancing the delivery of healthcare services.

Nathalie is passionate about reducing barriers within health systems and strengthening service delivery, a focus shaped by her professional experiences across public health and healthcare settings. Her work centers on enhancing systems, reducing operational inefficiencies, and using data to inform meaningful health outcomes.

Prior to joining DCPCA, Nathalie worked at the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), where she provided operational and analytical support to her bureau by streamlining workflows and improving program effectiveness across multiple divisions.

Nathalie earned her Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from George Mason University, along with a Graduate Certificate in Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration with a concentration in Health Systems Management.

Outside of work, Nathalie enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, hiking, and watercolor painting.
